Indications
Treatment of bacterial disease sensitive to Enrofloxacin.
1. Cattle: Colibacillosis (diarrhea, sepsis, and E.coli), Mycoplasmosis, Salmonellosis(Salmonella typhimurium), Pasteurellosis (Pasteurella multocida, Pasteurella haemolytic).
2. Swine: Colibacillosis (diarrhea, enterotoxemia, and E.coli), Mycoplasmal pneumonia (Mycoplasma hyopneumonia), Salmonellosis(Salmonella typhimurium, Salmonella derby), Pasteurellosis(Pasteurella multocida), Actinobacillus pleuropneumoniae.
3. Sheep and goat: Pneumonia, enteritis and urinary infection caused by Campylobacter spp, Ecoli, Haemophilus spp, Mycoplasma spp, Pasteurella multocida, Salmonella spp. -
Dosage and Administration
1. Swine (I.M)
1) Common bacterial disease: 0.25mL/10kg/day for 3days. (2.5mg/kg bw/day as Enrofloxacin)
2) Severe pneumonia, enteritis: 0.5mL/10kg/day for 3~5 days. (5mg/kg bw/day as Enrofloxacin)
3) Salmonellosis: 0.5mL/10kg/day for 5 days. (5mg/kg bw/day as Enrofloxacin)
2. Cattle (S.C)
1) Common bacterial disease: 0.25mL/10kg/day for 3days. (2.5mg/kg bw/day as Enrofloxacin)
2) Severe pneumonia, enteritis: 0.5mL/10kg/day for 3~5 days. (5mg/kg bw/day as Enrofloxacin)
3) Salmonellosis: 0.5mL/10kg/day for 5 days. (5mg/kg bw/day as Enrofloxacin)

Cautions
1. Do not use for animal undergoing hypersensitivity and shock reaction.
2. Do not administer to animal with hepatic dysfunction and kidney disorder.
3. Dysarthrosis(lameness, pain and achondroplasia) may occur in young animal.
4. Articular disorder(vomit, loss of appetite, diarrhea and stomachache) may occur.
5. Central nervous system disorder (dizziness, anxiety, pain, depression, ataxia and seizure)may occur. Do not use for animal with central nervous system disorder.
6. Hypersensitivity reaction and crystalluria may occur.
7. Wash immediately when the solution contact with skin or eyes, and then see the doctor as soon as possible because Butyl Alcohol has skin irritation.
8. Butyl p-oxybenzoate methyl, Butyl p-oxybenzoate Propyl and Sodium bisulfite can cause hypersensitive reaction.
9. In case of excessive administration (more than 10 times), vomit or anorexia may occur.
10. In case of excessive administration(more than 15mg/kg) for cat, mydriasis and retinal degeneration can occur.
11. Do not combine with macrolide and tetracycline antibiotics.
12. Administration with medicine containing Mg, Al or Calcium ion can make absorption rate lower.
13. It may elevate blood concentration of Theopylline, Caffeine when used with Theopylline, Caffeine.
14. Probenecidcan make high blood concentration byrestrainingrenal tubule.
15. It may aggravate kidney toxicity of Cyclosporinewhen used with Cyclosporine.
16. It may go into convulsion rarely when used with non-steroidal anti-inflammatory medicine.
17. Use with caution for pregnant animal that can easily get stressed after injection.
18. Mix well before use.
19. Maintain the injection solution at around 25°C before use.
20. Do not mix with other medicine.
21. Apply one shot to one animal using a sterilized disposable syringe and needle.
22. Wrong injection method may cause pain, coagulation and purulence.
23. Unless the condition or injection site is clean, inflammation and purulence can occur. The site of injection must be sterilized with 70% of alcohol before use.
24. Inject separately into two places for more than 200kg/bw animal.
25. Pay attention to safety while injector is administering because the animal may attack by instinctive pain reaction.
26. Keep out of reach of children and approach of anmal.
27. Follow the instruction on storage to avoid change in efficacy and stability.
28. Please do not use the product that is out of date, and then discard safely.
29. After open, use quickly and store in a dry place after tight-sealing.
30. Please discard the container or wrapper safely and do not reuse for other purpose.
31. Use for not human but animal.
32. Use under the instruction of veterinarian.
33. Read the instruction carefully before use.
34. Use only an designated animal because of the safety and efficacy.
35. To prevent misuse or tolerance of the medicine, please record the detail of usage.
36. Follow the administration and dosage because of accidential problems according to misuse or residue by mishandling.
37. Do not mix with same ingredient medicine because accident caused by misuse and economic loss can occur.
38. Unless follow the withdrawal period, residual problem can occur.
39. Wear protection equipment such as gloves, mask and protective clothing.
40. Wash immediately when the solution contact with skin or eyes, and then see the doctor as soon as possible.
